Please, complete one of the following forms if any faults or mistakes at the spare part delivery are found. The complete form has to be sent to AGCO SISU POWER Spare Part Sales for corrective actions. Possible credit notes or spare part redeliveries will take place only against completed form which is returned to AGCO SISU POWER.

Credit notes are not issued for seals, rubber parts or standard items like screws, nuts, etc.
