AGCO SISU POWER (former Sisu Diesel) has currently approx. 650 employees. The large majority of the employees are men, which is very typical of the Finnish mechanical engineering industry, although there are more and more women too, especially in engine assembly.

The age-structure of the personnel suits our needs well as most employees are young adults. Our team also has some very experienced members, and we take great care to pass on their valuable experience and skills to our younger employees.

We have been very active in hiring new people because of AGCO SISU POWER's continuing expansion since the late 1990s; as a result, the average duration of employment is now close to 10 years or less.
