To protect the health of our personnel, we place heavy emphasis on well-being. There are almost 20 clubs in the company, run by personnel members and supported by the company and available to everyone. Most of them involve various sports and other physical activity, but there is also an aquarium club, for example.

We buy our occupational health services from an external and professional service provider. The occupational health care center is right next to the plant and the service provider also has branches elsewhere in Pirkanmaa that are available to our employees.

We have a sick fund and recommend that employees join it. The fund offers additional financial security both in health care and the treatment of sickness.

We also have a modern, versatile personnel restaurant very close to the plant.
